Tamil Nadu, a progressive State in South India, as a part of its e-Governance initiative is due to go paper-less.

A web enabled, platform independent paper-less office solution using open source technology has been developed by Life Line to Business (LL2B.COM) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and implemented successfully at Electronics Corporation of Tamilnadu for bringing in total transparency and accountability in the working of the Government. A number of reviews about this unique initiative has already appeared in the Indian News Papers and Press.
